Polarized Photochromic Sunglasses Non Mirrored

I wore these on a cross-country road trip through high winds, intense heat, and constantly changing conditions, and they performed exceptionally well. They stayed securely in place without slipping, and the polarization noticeably improved clarity and color without making anything look artificial or distorted.

The only slight disappointment was the photochromic feature. The lenses didn’t lighten enough for comfortable nighttime driving, but they were perfectly usable for quick stops indoors, like walking into a store, without needing to take them off.

They are non mirrored! Mirrored glasses might have been cool in the 80’s, but I don’t know about today.

Size and Fit.

Getting the size right was important to me, so I spent a lot of time comparing options. Many similar styles are bulky, like safety glasses. That extra coverage of safety glasses makes sense when working around machinery, but it’s more than I need for everyday use. These strike the right balance: not oversized, with plenty of adjustment to get a comfortable, secure fit.

These lenses offer UV400 protection, and the polarization works exceptionally well. I tried them on the polarization test display at a high-end sunglasses store, and they actually performed better on that test than some of the $300 pairs for sale!
